Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Pulp garment tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.
Label and Ship
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
